"Being an animal lover I have had many pets over the years. The absolute worst part of owning a pet is having to say goodbye. I have been going to Rush Inter Pet Inc. since 2004 and have had 8 pets cremated there and have brought each of their remains home. From Cats to Cockatiels, Polly and her staff have accommodated me. Allowing me to bring each of my pets in personally to spend every last minute with them. Sometimes having to modify my pickup or drop off times at the last minute. Each of these details or issues was met with a smile and a 'not a problem'. Cost has always been very reasonable. One of the few things that still is these days. I am most thankful to have a place to bring my beloved pets to. In order to give them the most respectful send off they have earned. At a time that is most stressful and emotionally draining on me. I can always count on Polly and all her friendly staff to be there to help me through it. We are so blessed to have them in our local area. Praying they will always be able to remain here with us. I would and have recommended them to all pet owners that I know."

"You have always been there to provide us the special care and compassion over the past two plus decades I've been coming but the compassion that Polly gave us when our Sunshine left us went above.... We couldn't get a vet to see her and she passed on our way to Buffalo, about 15 mins from arriving. I called and Polly knew we wouldn't make it back before closing. It was a Friday and she asked us to take our time driving back and she'd meet us later that evening. She never rushed us, she was empathetic and kind. This is a family owned business and needs to be prepared in a time when everything is being swallowed by corporations and the almighty dollar. Thank you for being here...."

This is still a family run operation, and they go way beyond their duty to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for everyone, including after-hour appointments if need be. We have been customers since the late 1980's. "We have been taking our pets to RIP since the early 80s. The kindness that Polly and Julie show them and us is insurmountable. Polly called as soon as they opened Monday morning after I left a babbling hysterical message about our dog Asher. We were able to take him right in to be cremated. She always asks us about the rest and how they are doing. I highly recommend Rush Internet! "
