"Our boy was younger and it was the holidays so it was definitely a hard yet necessary decision to put him down. The caring and kind staff cushioned some of the blow. I’ll always be thankful to them for that."

"We have lost 4 of our dogs over the years. 3 in the past year and a half. This time we decided to go there ourselves and pick up our Furbabies cremains. They were very informative and helped us thru everything easily. I can not say enough. It was an experience you dont get many places for a life event many people dont understand. Thank you again for all That was done to help us thru this. Thank you so much❤️"

"My cat passed away suddenly, and after many shed tears we had to discuss what to do with the remains. I knew that I wanted him to be respected and remembered. I also didnt love the idea of burying him at home or keeping his urn around. I wasnt going to just take him anywhere. Thankfully we googled pet cemeteries near us and being already in the Rochester area, Rush Inter Pet came up. I gave them a call to discuss options. Everyone I talked with was very nice and sympathetic. You could tell they were pet lovers too. They refrained from saying things like "sorry about your cat" without meaning it. They asked his name, Tobias, and made me feel comfortable with leaving him there. I ended up going with a simple/ group burial which I wasnt sure about at first, but the entire process was explained to me and we even got to see the burial site. I was thrilled that the grounds were so beautiful and that there is a memorial stone for all the pets buried there. The prices weren't outrageous and there are lots of options too. I plan to go visit sometime soon. Thank you, Rush Inter pet for everything."
