"I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with Rush Interpet! Polly, Kyle and the entire staff have always handled the cremations for my pets. I have also buried all my pets in the cemetery, it's a beautiful cemetery and I know all my pets are together. My 2 cats even enjoyed being boarded at Ranchanna kennel and had the best care. Thank You Polly and staff for your care, concern and professionalism over the many years you have taken care of my pets!_Cindy Egan"

"In response to a recent negative review,_I have worked with Rush Inter Pet / A Pet Services for over 20 years._Rush Inter Pet staff is very compassionate and does their utmost to work with each individual situation in the best interest of the family._Sadly, it appears that communication between the animal hospital and the pet owner was not clear, as special pickups are offered every day, and once Rush Inter Pet receives a pet's body, the family could have had the cremains the next day, if requested._I know a wide variety of urns is available instead of the decorative tins._Rush Inter Pet is always available by telephone for additional questions or information."
