"I would like to thank Julie and Polly for reaching out to me regarding an issue I had with the paw print of my sweet girl Lily Bell. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify the situation. Polly reached out to let me know that she was aware of the issue, and apologized for the mishap. She also let me know that Julie would be contacting me to further discuss a resolution for the issue. Julie called me, and she was very kind, and understanding to my concern. She offered up a couple of different options for me to choose from, and allowed me to take my time in my decision. They were both very kind, understanding, and not once made me feel like my concern was not a valid one. They are true PROFESSIONAL, AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS. Thank you both for working so diligently with me on this matter. The staff and owner of this establishment really do care about their clients, and they truly do want to see them SATISFIED, AND HAPPY with what they are receiving from their place of business."
